I am not talking about the typical northern from Eastern Colombia.
Those are from a vast area and appear very similar to typical northerns....... and why not, as they are not geographicaly isolated from other populations. I am specificaly talking about the "Cordilerra" or " Antioquian" emerald, which lives in 2 small lowland areas surrounded by the Andes Mountains. Geographicaly isolated for many millions of years. This is a very small area and a very dangerous area. Even the nearest zoo, which has Emerald specimens from eastern Colombia, does not have any specimens from Cordilerra. The head keeper in the reptile department
